What are eStatements?

eStatements are an electronic version of your mailed statement. The electronic statement is identical to the paper statement and can be viewed, printed or saved right from your computer.

 

What is the myEasyMatch Code?
The myEasyMatch code is located under the perforation of your statement.  This code is used to securely pay your bill online.

How do I enroll to receive eStatements?
Upon receipt of your initial bill, you may sign-in to create a My Chart account.  Creating an account allows you to securely view your bill and make a one-time payment all online.  Just select Profile on the top right of the screen, then select Electronic for Delivery Method.

Will I still receive a paper statement if I enroll in eStatments?

No. If you opt to go green and select eStatements, you will not receive a paper statement. 

 

When will I receive my eStatement?

eStatements will be sent each month.

 

How will I know when my eStatement is ready for viewing?

You will receive an email notification letting you know that your statement is ready for viewing. You can access your statement from any computer by logging into your MyChart account.

 

Can I have my eStatement notification sent to two different locations?

Your eStatement notification can only be sent to one location, but you can access your account from any computer.

 

How long will my statement remain online?

You can view current and past statements and payments for 12 months.

 

How do I view my statements after the 12 month period?

All statements can be saved on your personal computer. Simply open up the statement and select file>save.

 

How do I view my monthly statements?

Once you have logged into your MyChart account, simply select the statement icon and you will be able to view your statement.

 
When will my payment be posted to my account?

An e-mail receipt confirming your payment will be sent to you.  Your payment will be processed and posted to your account within 3-5 business days.

Is there a charge for eStatements?

No, eStatements are completely FREE!

 

Is my personal information secure with eStatements?

All of your personal information is password protected and is secured with a 128-bit encryption to ensure your personal information is secure.

 

Can I print my eStatement?

Any statements can be printed just as any document on your computer.

 

What if I change my email address?

Log in to MyChart and select profile.  If at any time you need to change your address, name or contact information, you can update this in MyChart.

 

How do I opt out of eStatements?

Log into your personal account and update your profile by selecting paper statements only.

 

What is Adobe Reader and why do I need it?

Adobe Acrobat® Reader ™ is free software used for viewing and printing of electronic forms. You will need this software installed in order for your computer to download, display or print your statement.
